Alamo Drafthouse is pleased to announce Jason Donoho as the Research and Development Chef, a new position at the company. As the Alamo Drafthouse expands, evolving the menu and always looking for a creative outlook on cuisine is a top priority for the company. The Research and Development Chef is responsible for the overall vision of the Alamo Drafthouse’s menu. Jason will work as part of an expanded team of culinary talent driving the national food offerings, while regional and market chefs drive movie feast events, special programming related food offerings and local seasonal fare.

Mr. Donoho has been working in the food and beverage industry since the age of 12, starting as a dishwasher and working his way up the ranks. Before joining the Alamo Drafthouse, Mr. Donoho worked in several top restaurants in San Juan, New York, San Francisco, Alaska, and Austin. As the Executive Chef of FINO and Asti, he polished his craft of menu creation.
