America's Best Restaurants Acquires Repeat Returns Software CompanyAmerica’s Best Restaurants, a national media and marketing company focusing on bringing attention to local, independently-owned restaurants, has acquired Repeat Returns, a Las Vegas-based restaurant marketing and software company.

Founded in 2008, Repeat Returns is the brainchild of Kamron Karington, a high school dropout who purchased a run-down pizza joint in Salt Lake City in 1994 and had increased sales by over one thousand percent over the next three years by using marketing strategies “that were the opposite of what my competitors were doing,” he says.

Today, Repeat Returns is a sales-building loyalty platform for the restaurant industry which helps restaurant owners increase order frequency and ticket average. The digital marketing platform offers customer acquisition, retention, analytics, loyalty, email, mobile, surveys, and reputation management – a complete marketing solution for restaurant owners.

America’s Best Restaurants, founded in 2018 by Matt Plapp, offers marketing to independent restaurants across the country with not only a traveling Roadshow that produces a social-media-based episode highlighting each restaurant they visit, but also a full marketing program for restaurants to ultimately increase sales.

Karington notes that the merger of the two companies provides a complete system for restaurants to attract customers, build a database of information about those customers, and retain those customers’ attention.

The merger of the two companies will provide a powerhouse of marketing strategies to independent eateries that can then rely on outsmarting rather than outspending larger restaurant groups and chains. The cornerstone of the merger is a marketing program called the Revenue Rocket Formula, which will utilize data gathered from trackable marketing efforts to enable each restaurant to reach specific sales goals.
