Aubree’s Pizzeria and Grill Expects to Garner Several Employees during Its 2-Day Job Fair on July 8th and 9th in Grand Blanc
Aubree’s Pizzeria & Grill is headquartered in Ypsilanti, the site of its original location, but has been aggressively expanding over the last several years with more than 300 employees at its seven Michigan locations. The thriving pizzeria is now playing host to a massive job fair in Grand Blanc on July 8th and 9th and is looking to fill approximately 75-80 positions in preparation of its newest store that is set to open in the area this summer. “I believe that this location will be very successful and benefit both the Aubree’s brand and the City of Grand Blanc by providing over 75 jobs to the community. Shortly before Aubree’s opened its 7th location this past May in South Lyon, the franchise was recognized as one of the top 50 small companies in Michigan to watch by the Michigan Small Business. “Over the years, very few restaurants have been named one of Michigan’s 50 Companies to Watch,” Aubree’s president Andy French said. “We were thrilled to be honored as a company to watch in Michigan especially since it is so rare for restaurants to be honored in this way.”
By mid-August, at 11501 S. Saginaw Street, Suite C, Aubree’s of Grand Blanc will give residents the opportunity to experience the already popular pizzeria as it will open its 8th location in the state. In addition to featuring a bar, dining room, outside patio and a VIP room for corporate events, the Grand Blanc pizza establishment will offer burgers, sandwiches, and a variety of Michigan craft beers.
Representatives from the restaurant also emphasized its “dine to donate” program, in which organizations and nonprofits can raise money with help through the restaurant. “Our commitment to providing great food, friendly service and giving back to our communities is important to us,” explained Aubree’s founder Bill French.
Aubree’s, known for its delicious pizza, was voted the Top 25 Best Pizza by the Detroit Free Press in 2009, best pizza by the Metro Times Readers in 2010 and 2012, Best New Restaurant in Livingston County and the #1 Best Pizza at the Northern Michigan University Hometown Taste-Off in 2013, and Best Pizza and Happy Hour in Livingston County in 2014.
Those who want to apply for a position at the advancing franchise can simply show up to the soon-to-be Grand Blanc location at any time between 9a.m. and 6p.m. on Tuesday July 8th, and 11a.m. to 7p.m. on Wednesday July 9th. “A talented and dedicated staff is what allows us to succeed and expand,” Andy French commented. “We are looking forward to their continued success.”
