Giardino Gourmet Salads to Hold Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for Newest Location on July 12
Giardino Gourmet Salads, the premiere fast casual salad concept of South Florida, has opened its newest restaurant in Miami Lakes, Fla., in Park Centre located at 8008 NW 154 Street. To celebrate with the local community, the restaurant will hold a ribbon cutting at noon on Saturday, July 12.
Current Giardino franchise partners Robert Fuerth and Jaime Mitrani, who opened the first South Miami restaurant more than two years ago, will open the Miami Lakes location with Lilly Tudela. Tudela will also be responsible for the restaurant’s day-to-day operations. Prior to joining Giardino, Mitrani practiced law and Fuerth served as an operations manager for a large software company, while Tudella worked in sales and marketing. The franchisees plan to open additional locations in select communities in Miami-Dade and Broward counties targeted by Giardino Enterprises in the near future.
