A Cook County, Illinois Court has dismissed all (2) lawsuits filed against leading Virtual Restaurant Provider, Virturant.
The suits filed in Cook County IL, claimed Virturant breached contract and had not paid Two (2) restaurant partners for orders they fulfilled from October 2021 to April 2022.
After providing ample evidence and records of full on-time payments, the claims were dismissed with prejudice in favor of Virturant and proved the restaurants were in fact, paid properly.
“While we don’t take legal disputes lightly, we’re happy the facts have been proven in a court of law. We value our restaurant partners and take pride in helping them generate additional revenue. We wish these two stores all the best,” said Virturant CEO, Jon Register.
