Limited-Time Offer Promises Guests Speed, Quality and Personalized B-Dubs Fast Break Lunch in 15 Minutes or Their Meal is Free
Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc. (NASDAQ: BWLD) today introduced a limited-time, 15-minute lunch guarantee across nearly 900 U.S. restaurants, designed to show time-strapped Guests that they don’t have to sacrifice quality, value or variety for speed at lunch time. From the time a Guest orders a meal off the B-Dubs Fast Break Lunch menu, Buffalo Wild Wings guarantees it will be at their table within 15 minutes, or the meal plus a fountain soda is free.
“We want to prove to our Guests that they can get the Buffalo Wild Wings experience they have come to know and love within the limited time they have for a traditional lunch break,” said Todd Kronebusch, vice president of food and beverage for Buffalo Wild Wings. “Our standard was already to deliver Fast Break meals within 15 minutes, but the new guarantee adds a promise to our Guests, and some fun, friendly competition.”
Available on Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., the new 15-minute guarantee applies to parties of six or fewer Guests who dine in-restaurant and order from the Fast Break Lunch menu. Servers will start a timer when they leave the table and stop the timer when the food is delivered. Any Guest who doesn’t get their meal in 15 minutes gets their entire meal and any fountain soda for free.
Buffalo Wild Wings’ research indicated many Guests only have 30-40 minutes for lunch from the time they enter the restaurant until the time they leave. Fast Break was designed to offer guests the right combination of lunch offerings that would meet their expectations in terms of variety, convenience, quick service, price and great taste. The Fast Break menu features a “Pick 2” option and “Hand Spun Wings™” option that offers an array of food choices specifically tailored for Guests looking for a quicker way to enjoy lunch.
Guests select from a “Pick 2” menu option at three price points, and can choose from one of seven mouth-watering entrees and one of seven sides like soup, fries or side salads. The menu also offers select add-ons such as a side of wings, soup or coleslaw. Lunch entrees include the Southwest Philly (Prime Rib) Sandwich and Street Tacos, as well as other favorites like the Chicken Buffalito and Honey BBQ Chicken Salad which are available in lunch-friendly portions. Aside from the “Pick 2” menu, Guests also have the option to choose snack and small portion sizes of hand-spun boneless and traditional wings, which come with fries.
