BURGERFI Launches System-Wide National Initiative to Raise Funds and Awareness for Wounded Warriors This November, Including a Complimentary Sundae for All Guests on November 11th in Celebration of Veterans Day and National Sundae Day

BURGERFI to Benefit Wounded Warrior Project This NovemberBURGERFI, one of the most rapidly-expanding fast casual restaurant chains in America, is proud to announce its support of Wounded Warrior Project (WWP), with a fundraising goal of $35,000 for November. As part of this initiative, BURGERFI will encourage all guests to donate to WWP either online or at any BURGERFI location. Additionally BURGERFI will run a special promotion on National Sundae Day, which falls on Veterans Day, to give back to our veterans in an extra sweet way. All customers making a purchase at any BURGERFI location will receive a complimentary small (6 oz.) sundae in their choice of flavor. Customers can opt for Vanilla, Chocolate, or Swirl topped with whipped cream and a cherry.

Since 2003, WWP has grown its lifesaving programs and services to meet the increasing needs of the constituency it serves. Currently, WWP offers 20 free programs and services to over 80,000 injured service members and to 13,000 caregivers and family support members. These programs and services are uniquely structured to engage warriors, nurture their minds, bodies and encourage economic empowerment. Through a high-touch and interactive approach, WWP’s vision is to foster the most successful, well-adjusted generation of wounded service members in our nation’s history.

On November 9, BURGERFI will also donate $1 for every “Like” received on its Facebook “flyer” promoting National Sundae Day. BURGERFI will also be distributing Proud Supporter decals, lapel pins, and BURGERFI Support Our Troops wrist bands, at all stores while supplies last.

All BURGERFI locations will participate in this month-long initiative to inspire awareness and encourage customers to donate to the WWP. Donations can be made in person at any BURGERFI location or electronically at www.supportwwp.org/burgerfi.
