Tiare Technology announced today it has deployed its Wireless WineList solution at Volvér, the new Jose Garces restaurant at the Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts in Philadelphia. The one-of-a-kind dining experience at Volvér will feature iPads running the Tiare solution for selecting wine and cocktails.

“Dining at Volvér is about an all-encompassing experience: the service, the hospitality, and the ambiance are all of paramount importance,” said Chef Jose Garces. “Tiare’s Wireless WineList solution was the best choice for our restaurant to showcase our wine list as part of that experience.”

The Wireless WineList application, using patented technology, allows Volvér guests to easily view wines using an Apple iPad tablet and Tiare’s proprietary software. Guests can use the tablets to browse the wine list as well as sort the wines to display by region, varietal, price range or click to search the list to pinpoint a specific selection. The system displays extensive information about wine offerings, including tasting notes, vintage information, and background on the winery, region and grape varietals. Photos, wine labels and other information are also displayed.
