Wisconsin-based Cousins Subs has announced they will be unwrapping another new store in the Greater Phoenix Arizona area in 2012. Bert Greer recently signed a franchise agreement with Cousins Subs, making the forthcoming store his first location in Arizona.
The new Cousins Subs store will offer deli-style sandwiches with freshly sliced meats and vegetables, and will serve-up fries and grilled sandwiches. The new location will also feature a refreshed Cousins Subs store aesthetic and menu board.
“Cousins Subs has been gaining huge franchise momentum in Arizona,” said Vice President of Development, Joe Ferguson. “The Greater Phoenix market demonstrates ample growth opportunities for our accessible franchise system and we are thrilled that Bert has been chosen to be a part of our Arizona team.”
Greer signed his first franchise agreement under local developer Cliff Jones, who recently committed to develop a total of 10 Cousins Subs stores in the Phoenix market over the next three years. Currently, Jones has two opportunities available for investors interested in Cousins Subs ownership.
Cousins Subs is actively pursuing investors interested in building quality of life through self-employment and enterprise development. To promote new store growth, significant marketing investments have been made system-wide, and the initial start-up and construction cost of a new store has been reduced from $300K to $200K. The company plans to open at least 15 new stores in 2012.
