Popular Tex-Mex Chain Surpasses $1 Million in Delivery Sales
With summer winding down and school starting up, back-to-school season seems more like busy parent season. North Texas-based iconic Tex-Mex, quick serve restaurant Taco Bueno is breaking the back-to-school blues with record-setting delivery sales and options for busy parents.
“The consumer is changing rapidly,” said CEO Mike Roper. “They’re looking for more speed, better convenience and better quality. We’re growing with the industry. We’re giving folks the food they love and delivering it right to their doorstep.”
Taco Bueno first introduced delivery through third parties in January of this year and has surpassed $1 million in delivery sales. The chain has partnerships with UberEATS, DoorDash, Amazon and Grubhub. Delivery is offered currently in 103 restaurants, including locations in Colorado Springs, Dallas-Fort Worth, Tulsa, Oklahoma City and Austin.
Roper continued, “At Taco Bueno, we pride ourselves on giving our customers the highest quality Tex-Mex while constantly looking for innovative new convenience items.”
In addition to their affordable menu items and convenience, Taco Bueno also makes sure parents will never have to worry about the freshness of their food. For the past 50 years, Taco Bueno’s menu items are made with 100 percent fresh, never frozen, ground beef and hand-prepped daily in the kitchen.
