East Coast Wings & Grill announces the appointment of Whitney Royal as Unit Level Systems Analyst.
Royal, who most recently served as Supervisor of Franchisee Training & Education, and POS System Analyst, will be responsible for the tracking of the brands proprietary systems, policies, processes and procedures on unit level economics.

With 26 restaurants currently open and operating throughout North Carolina and Texas, the company will open 5 additional locations in 4 states in 2013 and plans call for adding 70-80 new locations across the country within the next few years.

A seasoned professional with more than 9 years of experience, Royals’ career with East Coast Wings & Grill began at the ripe age of 17, when she started as a wait staff member and quickly moved into store mangement. Over the last five years, she worked her way up through the ranks in unit level General Management, brand training, POS system analyst and unit level on-going web based training coordinator.
