Garlic Re-Imagined at STACKED: Food Well Built in OctoberGarlic, a favorite ingredient of chefs, foodies, nutritionists and those who fight vampires, is the central component of the Signature menu items at STACKED: Food Well Built in October.

Launched in 2011 in Southern California and now with restaurants in Torrance, Cerritos, Thousand Oaks and San Diego and more coming soon, STACKED was the first restaurant concept to leverage consumer technology to allow guests the opportunity to customize every aspect of their dining experience. Using tabletop iPads, guests choose among scores of ingredient options to create their own culinary masterpieces built around American fare including burgers, sandwiches, pizzas, salads, and Mac ‘n’ Cheese. STACKED also offers a selection of Signature items in each menu category, which can also be customized to guest preference.

Each month, STACKED offers a new selection of Signature items created around one key ingredient, which in October is garlic. Those items include:

Garlic Chicken and Bacon Pizza with Garlic Sauce, Mozzarella Cheese, Cheddar Cheese, Grilled Chicken Breast, Grape Tomatoes, Applewood Smoked Bacon and Green Onions

In October, STACKED will also offer three new Signature shakes perfect for the start of fall and the upcoming holiday season, including an irresistible Pumpkin Pie Shake, a refreshingly sweet Mint Shake and a Jack-o-Lantern Shake, an adult version of the Pumpkin Pie Shake with Jack Daniels.
