Glory Days Grill, a sports-themed family restaurant chain operating 26 corporate and franchised restaurants located in Virginia, Maryland, West Virginia and Florida, is pleased to announce the promotion of Gary Cohen from Vice President of Operations to Executive Vice President of Glory Days Grill and all related entities effective December 26, 2016. Gary’s primary responsibilities will be to implement the organization’s vision and mission statements; oversee the growth and development of the various company entities, the restaurants and all personnel; and achieve the company’s financial goals and objectives.

Gary’s career encompasses thirty-seven years in the restaurant industry including positions with Marriott Dinner House, Vie de France Bakery Cafes, That’s Amore Restaurants, and Glory Days Grill when he joined the company in 2006 as Director of Development. In 2007, Gary was promoted to Vice President of Operations for Glory Days, Inc. and Glory Days Franchising Company. During the past ten years, Gary has proven to be an invaluable member of the Glory Days family.  He is uniquely qualified for the position of Executive Vice President due to his impressive body of work in the hospitality industry, his passion for Glory Days Grill, and the enthusiastic approach he brings to the restaurant business.  Gary has consistently demonstrated his ability to achieve the highest standards of operational excellence.
