Popular family-owned restaurant offering St. Louis Style Ribs and other BBQ-inspired favorites for a limited time

Get in the Spirit of St. Louis with Polly's Pies' New Summer MenuThere’s nothing quite like spending a hot summer day out by the pool while enjoying barbecue. Well, Polly’s Pies is providing the sweet and tangy part of that glorious equation with new summer offerings that are sure to have lips smacking and tastebuds popping.

The popular family-owned restaurant is bringing back St. Louis Style Ribs to the menu, available now through August! Dry-rubbed with Polly’s signature blend of spices, cooked low and slow, and basted with tangy barbecue sauce, along with cornbread or a buttermilk biscuit and a choice of two sides – French fries, baked beans or coleslaw – every bite will have fans thinking that they’ve been transported right under The Gateway Arch.

St. Louis Style Ribs are available at all 13 Polly’s Pies locations in a full rack, half rack and quarter rack that also comes with Buttermilk Fried Chicken. For those that are looking to throw the best summer party or get-together, Polly’s is offering guests to Take Home a BBQ Feast – two full racks of St. Louis Style Ribs, a quart of baked beans, a quart of coleslaw, a choice of six buttermilk biscuits or a cornbread pan and a choice of apple, cherry or lemon meringue pie.

“Polly’s Pies was built on a family, so it only seemed right to have our signature St. Louis Style Ribs return for families to enjoy a tasty meal while partaking in various fun activities together this summer,” said Director of Brand Jacklyn Mitosinka. “These ribs are so tender and cooked to perfection, we can’t wait for everyone to try them as well as our other limited-time offerings.”

Polly’s is also excited to introduce its NEW Comeback Chicken Sandwich, featuring a buttermilk fried chicken breast on a bun that is made fresh daily with a signature spicy Comeback Sauce, lettuce, pickles and a side of fries. And be sure to try a crisp and refreshing BBQ Ranch Fried Chicken Salad – crispy buttermilk-marinated chicken breast, drizzled with BBQ sauce on a bed of greens, along with jack cheese, tortilla strips, tomatoes, bell peppers, cilantro, green onions, topped with ranch dressing. And be sure to cap off a fun meal with the quintessential summertime dessert, such as Polly’s signature Key Lime Pie – available by the slice and whole.
