Heritage Restaurant Brands (HRB) is delighted to present its newest brand, Press Quesadilla Grill, a California Coastal Fresh experience. Since its inception in October of 2016, HRB has been dedicated to strengthening the unique characteristics of its three existing brands — Huckleberry’s Breakfast and Lunch, Cool Hand Luke’s Steakhouse, and Perko’s Cafe Grill.

While Press Quesadilla Grill is the fourth brand in the Heritage portfolio, it holds significance as the first one conceived and created entirely by the Heritage team. Based in San Luis Obispo, the team has grown to appreciate life on California’s coastline — and that’s what Press Quesadilla Grill is all about. Press opened its doors to an eagerly awaiting public in San Luis Obispo, CA on November 4th, 2024.

“We’re thrilled to launch a brand of our own because each individual played an integral role in bringing this concept to life,” said Greg Graber, CEO and Founder of Heritage Restaurant Brands. “It’s been a dream for quite a while, but the timing is just right. This brand is tailor-made to expand through franchising and give back in meaningful ways.”

The menu, with herb-infused proteins, fire-grilled salsas, and fresh pressed tortillas, is described as chef inspired Cali-cuisine. Press aims to provide each guest with a warm and welcoming experience, serving “good mood food” to leave them feeling relaxed, recharged and ready for anything.
