Heritage Restaurant Brands Strengthens Leadership Team in Anticipation of Continued Unit GrowthHeritage Restaurant Brands has appointed Ryan Cavanaugh as Vice President of Information Technology and promoted Rachel Mansell to Controller. This announcement from Heritage, the franchisor of three brands, is directly correlated with the rapid expansion of its Huckleberry’s Breakfast & Lunch franchise. Cavanaugh is equipped with an in-depth knowledge of tech within restaurant operations, with past leadership positions at Round Table Pizza, Olive Garden and Black Angus Steakhouse. Mansell, whose most recent role was with Wells Fargo Advisors, joined Heritage in May of 2022 and was named Controller in 2023.
