Merely months after receiving national and regional accolades for its revitalized menu, Hickory Tavern today introduced more positive changes with its new “FEATURES” menu, a limited-time offering of fresh culinary creations, custom-crafted to bring an array of new flavors and creative options for its valued fans and new guests.
“We are keeping our foot on the gas in order to offer exceptional experiences and flavors to our valued guests,” said Hickory Tavern CEO Mark Eason. “While the overall menu changes have been embraced with wonderful feedback, we want to always keep our offerings vibrant so when guests think they have tried everything on the menu, they haven’t.”
The new FEATURES menu amplification touches all areas of Hickory Tavern’s already-celebrated everyday menu and starts with two shareable options, three entrées, a side, a dessert, a crazy-cool cocktail and ends with a back-by-popular demand classic. Taste this:
SHAREABLES
LOADED TOTS – a mouthwatering combination of tater tots loaded with cheddar jack cheese, queso, pickled jalapenos, diced tomatoes, scallions and sour cream, valued priced at $10.75
CAROLINA CHEESESTEAK DIP – an explosion of flavors with thinly-shaved ribeye, roasted peppers, onions, mushrooms and queso. All come together in perfect harmony which begs for dipping with crispy tortilla chips all for $10.99
ENTREES
CHAR GRILLED RIBS – six fire-braised baby back ribs smothered in BBQ sauce, chargrilled to perfection and garnished with scallions, served with a side for $16.95
PULLED PORK SANDWICH – house-made BBQ pulled pork topped with melted cheddar cheese on a brioche bun, accompanied by side of creamy slaw and a side for $13.00
CHICKEN FLORENTINE – marinated grilled chicken breasts generously topped with a triple cheese blend, spinach, artichokes and red onions, a symphony of flavors served with a side for $14.99

STREET CORN – fire-roasted corn drizzled with chili garlic aioli sprinkled with parmesan cheese and Tajin seasoning then finished off with fresh cilantro and a squeeze of lime for just $3.99
