is ushering in fall with a campfire inspired-cocktail, perfect for the seasonal transition where cozying up to a fire with a cocktail begins the season of festive holidays.
The hotel is offering a S’mores Old Fashioned cocktail, made with graham cracker-infused Knob Creek Bourbon, crème de cacao, toasted marshmallow syrup, angostura bitters and garnished with a house-made s’mores marshmallow. This tasty creation is available at MIX Restaurant, MIX Lounge and the Pool Bar & Grill for a limited time only now through October 31, 2023.
“This rich creation combines the roasted sweet flavor of a s’more with the full smooth body of Knob Creek Bourbon,” said Kai Urban, Director of Food & Beverage, Hilton Anaheim. “This handcrafted cocktail is a nice transition for our guests to reminisce of summers around the campfire, while looking ahead to cooler temperatures and sitting fireside with a smooth spirit.”
Hilton Anaheim’s MIX Restaurant, MIX Lounge and Pool Bar & Grill are also offering other specialty spirits and wines that embrace fall flavors including the Russell’s Reserve 10-year Bourbon neat, Iconoclast Cabernet Sauvignon, Swanson Cabernet Sauvignon and Davis Bynum Pinot Noir.
Hilton Anaheim MIX Restaurant offers guests a variety of imaginative dishes created from some of the finest organic and natural ingredients available in the region. The Bucatini Pasta is made inspired by the San Francisco-Style Garlic Butter Pasta and mushroom parmesan, and the elevated Whitebass is made with a Provençal Bouillabaisse broth, white beans, fennel and tomato.
