Hooters of America, LLC announced that its new Hooters of International Drive location in the heart of the city of Orlando has opened with a fresh, modern look and a more comfortable dining experience. The new Hooters of I-Drive features a modern redesign and serve as model for Hooters locations across the country.

“Hooters is proud to introduce the modern design enhancements to the Orlando community, as they are among the first in the nation to experience the new look,” said Mark Whittle, vice president of franchise development, Hooters of America. “The updates were all made with our guests in mind; we hope that local customers will celebrate this remodel as the ideal environment to kick back and relax after work, get together with friends to view their favorite sports teams and enjoy a delicious meal with their families.”

From the moment they walk through the doors, guests will relish a brighter feel with expansive windows and more open space to encourage social interaction and beckon people walking by to come in and join in the fun. The 7,800 square foot space seats 310 guests with a variety of design elements that will surely keep guests comfortably seated for hours, including high-back chairs and booth seating. A vast outdoor patio with additional seating for 60 creates a spacious, stylish environment that is an ideal setting for group dining.

One element fans will be sure to notice is the centralized location of the bar area, which offers a full range of liquor, beer and wine options. The restaurant is surrounded by a series of large, high-definition televisions for more clear lines of sight to guests’ favorite sporting events.

The building itself embraces a modern atmosphere, with a rustic undertone in order to maintain aspects of Hooters’ original beach oasis theme. The design features sleek finishes on the interior and exterior of the building, but there’s still a hint of the original architecture through the use of wood throughout the space.

In addition, the new Hooters of I-Drive location will feature the expanded full menu, offering even more salads, sandwiches, seafood dishes and other delicious food options for guests to enjoy. Of course, Hooters continues to serve its world-famous traditional and boneless chicken wings with Buffalo sauce favorites, ranging in heat from mild to 911, as well as signature sauces and rubs, such as teriyaki-style samurai, lemon pepper and chipotle honey.

This holiday season, Hooters is helping guests stuff their stockings by offering added value with the purchase of Hooters gift cards. From now through Dec. 25, for every $25 Hooters gift card purchased at any domestic Hooters location in the U.S., guests will receive an extra $5 “Santa’s Bucks” bonus gift card, redeemable beginning in the New Year.

The remodeled Hooters of I-Drive location is located at 8801 International Drive in Orlando, Fla.
