Lazy Lobster, a locally loved New York-based casual dining restaurant celebrated for its fresh seafood and delicious menu, is thrilled to announce its plans to ramp up sales efforts for its franchise expansion. The company is seeking to add locations throughout New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Florida. Lazy Lobster’s CEO Paul Pandolfi commented on the restaurant’s differentiators and attractiveness as a business model.

The restaurant has become well-known for its signature Connecticut Lobster Roll, made warm with homemade citrus butter and topped with tarragon, complemented by the fresh lobster bisque with generous chunks of fresh lobster meat. Another fan-favorite is the Shrimp Po Boy, featuring large butterfly shrimp on a toasted Hawaii sweet roll, garnished with crisp lettuce, juicy tomato, and the restaurant’s signature homemade Boom Boom sauce.
Franchise partners gain a fun, high-demand concept complete with training, support, vendor connections, recipes, and branding. The company offers several models, including a food truck model, explains Pandolfi, all of which capture the Lazy Lobster essence and produce a firm customer base.

While seafood and lobster rolls are the core of the business model, the owners demand and use only fresh ingredients and offer several other great menu items including tacos, appetizers, burgers, sandwiches and their famous 48-hour wings which are brined, crisped and tossed.
