MFHA (The Multicultural Foodservice and Hospitality Alliance), has tapped into the DECA (Distributive Education Clubs of America) network for a Ten-city Showcase of the Stars™ Tour, an enhanced version of its popular career exploration program. This Showcase promises a bigger attendance, a bigger opportunity for brand promotion, some of the brightest talent gathered in each venue, a more personal approach to connect with the local community, and a solid roster of marketing values available for the first time through the DECA network. Four (4) out of ten (10) destinations is expected to have over a thousand attendees as they happen within High school and College DECA Conferences.
Seeking Sponsors. This enhanced version is open to just ten full Sponsors. With the Ten-City Showcase-DECA Tour, sponsors reap the combined benefits of a proven career exploration program, with a ready audience located in major educational hubs, and a full set of marketing support without time-consuming, resource-draining planning and management as MFHA handles all.
“The benefits of participating in this version of Showcase goes beyond talent recruitment as this partnership with DECA extends the brand experience beyond the event, to reach not just educators and students in the classroom and at national conferences, but the local communities a unit or hotel property serves,” explains Anyi Espinal, MFHA Member Relations and Showcase of the Stars™ Program Manager. “Internally, recognition is conferred to the company’s employee who participates as a Panelist,” she adds. This Tour allows Sponsors to tap into a talented pool of 220,000 DECA members in 50 states, in over 5000 chapters nationwide, one destination at a time.
The Partnership.
