Mimi’s Cafe Names Scott Miller New Vice President of Finance

Mimi’s Cafe announced that Scott Miller has been named Vice President of Finance effective immediately.

Scott has over a decade of senior-level financial management experience and proven success managing profitable turnarounds in the casual dining industry. Prior to joining Mimi’s Cafe, he was at Carlson Restaurant Inc. for 10 years working with the T.G.I. Friday’s and Pick Up Stix brands in various financial leadership roles. During his tenure at Carlson, Scott spent a year working as a restaurant general manager to better understand the day-to-day operations and intricacies of restaurant management to improve his understanding as a restaurant group CFO. Most recently he was the CFO at El Gallo Giro, a multi-unit taqueria. He earned an MBA at Indiana University and a BS in Business Administration-Accounting at University of New Hampshire.
