For far too long, culinary industry professionals, from cooks to bartenders to dishwashers and every role in between have been overlooked and underserved. The MISE team of designers, formerly of Adidas, Vans and Asics, spent years of research and design – including an extensive chef wear tester campaign – to build this shoe. The result is a comfortable, all-encompassing kitchen shoe made with durable materials, including a unique removable insole that allows for easy cleaning, a sole with optimum slip resistance, and a fit that is similar to an athletic shoe.
“Now more than ever, people in the United States have come to appreciate and understand how demanding the restaurant industry can be,” said MISE Founder, Erik Hernandez. “Chefs are on their feet all day.
