MojoBistro, a Chicago area-based developer of mobile apps has announced its selection as one of the top 100 finalists of more than 550 companies nominated for the 2013 Chicago Innovation Awards. Entering into its 12th year, The Chicago Innovation Awards honor the most innovative new products or services in a specific region and is the only organization in the country dedicated to celebrating region specific innovation. This marks MojoBistro’s second nomination for the prestigious award.
“It is a great honor to be selected as one of the 100 finalists,” said Chris Pautsch, CEO and Co-Founder, KeyLimeTie and Mojolicious. “With such a talented and diverse nomination field, to be recognized as one of the most innovative new products is truly a testament to all of our hard work and dedication. We couldn’t be more thrilled with the news.”
Competing in the category of B2B Software and Services, MojoBistro was built specifically to offer restaurants a robust collection of features for iOS, Android and Windows phones at an affordable price. Restaurants nationwide, ranging from small independents to large national chains, from quick-serve locations to fine dining establishments, are able to establish and build upon their mobile presence for a fraction of the cost normally associated with creating a mobile app or mobile website.
At the core of MojoBistro is the MojoBistro Test Kitchen, an intuitive, easy to use web-based application, designed to eliminate the complexity normally associated with building and maintaining mobile apps and mobile websites. The web-based app-building platform’s comprehensive feature set includes event calendar integration, menus, reservation capabilities, social media connections and coupons.
