Village Inn expands presence in Tidewater area
Village Inn, the family-dining brand known for serving quality breakfast all day and The Best Pie in America, has announced another Village Inn restaurant is on the way in 2015, this time to Chesapeake, Virginia.
The new restaurant will be located at 1509 Cedar Road, at the intersection of Cedar Road and Cahoon Parkway, with an estimated opening date in late third quarter of 2015. It is being developed by franchisees John & Bill Georghiou.
“I’ve been a longtime fan and patron of Village Inn. I was born and raised in Virginia Beach and have dined at that Village Inn location for more than 30 years,” said franchisee John Georghiou. “It is exciting to go from fan to franchisee and I can’t wait for the Chesapeake community to fall in love with this great restaurant as I have.”
Georghiou’s Village Inn will have an updated brand image which includes a freshened logo and contemporary, brighter decor that builds on the familiar and comfortable atmosphere guests have come to expect from Village Inn.
“We’re excited to partner with John and Bill on our newest franchise location, they have a genuine passion and enthusiasm for the brand that will surely come across to all who visit this location,” added Jeff Guido, president of Village Inn. “We look forward to having them deliver the best breakfast in town.”
Groundbreaking is scheduled for January 2015. The 5,000 square-feet restaurant will seat approximately 168 people and is the first of several additional locations throughout the Tidewater area.
