World’s Largest Casual Dining Mexican Restaurant Extends Summer One More Weekend with Special Prices on the Wildly Popular Cocktail September 26 – September 28
Summer isn’t over until On The Border says it is.
And On The Mexican Grill & Cantina has decided to extend the season with special prices on its most popular summer cocktail, its Watermelon Margarita this weekend.
Beginning this Friday, September 26 through Sunday, September 28, OTB will offer its 12 oz. Watermelon Margarita for $3 and its Grande version (18 oz.) for $4.
OTB’s Watermelon Margarita is made with real watermelons and only served during the summer months, when watermelons are freshest. OTB has served over 172,000 Watermelon Margaritas this summer and gone through nearly 50,000 pounds of real watermelons to make that happen.
“On The Border has helped create some of the summer’s best memories with our Watermelon Margarita and we are not ready to let the season go,” said Ward Whitworth, President of On The Border. “So we’ll not only be serving our most popular seasonal drink for one more weekend, we’ve put it at a price point to give our guests another reason to continue to celebrate summer one more weekend.”
Drink specials are featured only at participating restaurants where legally permissible. On The Border trains its staff to serve responsibly and encourages its guests to drink responsibly.
