As Manager of Culinary Development, Chef Anthony Endy Will Oversee All Food Sourcing and Menu Development

Paul Martin’s American Grill announces the addition of Chef Anthony Endy to their leadership team. Prior to joining Paul Martin’s, Endy served as sous chef for acclaimed chef Julie Robles and spent most of his career at the Los Olivos Wine Merchant & Café in Santa Barbara as both Executive Chef and General Manager. In his new position, Endy will support menu development, lead Operations in productivity and efficiency initiatives, and define the core menu policy for all markets.
