Paul Martin’s American Grill today announced the promotion of Justin Otsuka to Chief Financial Officer effective immediately. Otsuka will take charge of investor relations and the company’s financial and corporate development functions.

Prior to joining Paul Martin’s American Grill, Otsuka served as the Director of Corporate Finance for Specific Media/Myspace, an Equity Research Analyst for First Q Capital, and as an Analyst in the investment banking division of Goldman Sachs.
