New loyalty app enhances customer experience at more than 200 locations nationwide
Pei Wei Asian Diner, the fast-casual restaurant known for its freshly made ancient Asian cooking, today announced the release of its all-new smartphone app.
Designed and built by Relevant Mobile, a trailblazer in developing customized mobile apps and mobile-centric data-capturing solutions exclusively for the restaurant industry, the new app provides Pei Wei with an invaluable tool for engaging with and providing long-term value to its customers.
The state-of-the-art mobile app integrates online ordering and rewards with Pei Wei’s existing loyalty program, thereby enhancing the overall customer experience. Users can also access technical support, a store locator, reward opportunities, order history, guest surveys/feedback, FAQs and special offers via the app.

Customers may register for Pei Wei’s loyalty program by downloading the app, which is available on iOS and Android, and inputting their email address. The app stores a barcode attached to each customer’s loyalty account, which employees will scan at the register when they order.
Customers receive 10 points per dollar spent on dine-in and to-go orders. Once they have reached 1,000 points, customers will receive a free entrée. Other exclusive offers will be available periodically and users will receive alerts when they are eligible for a reward.
