Pizza lovers in Alabama are about to get their first taste of individual pizza perfection, when the nation’s leading fast-casual pizza concept arrives in Hoover this Friday.
Pie Five Pizza Co., the trend-setting pizza eatery renowned for its handcrafted, personalized pizzas and high-quality ingredients, will debut its first Alabama restaurant at 4741 Chace Landing Circle, Suite 114, in Hoover, just one mile south of the Galleria, on Friday, Feb. 20.

The official grand opening for the new restaurant will be held on Friday, Feb. 27, with a live remote broadcast by WQEN 103.7 the Q from 6 – 8 p.m., plenty of food and merchandise giveaways and the opportunity to win free Pie Five for a year! In addition, the new restaurant will donate half of its sales from pre-opening training events held this week to Big Oak Ranch Boys & Girls Homes, a Christian home for children needing a chance to find a normal life, to find God’s love and to find that we are what we have the strength to become.

As each guest steps to the counter, our Pie-artisans help them choose their favorite crust – artisan thin, classic pan, whole grain Neapolitan or gluten free thin. Then they choose from seven sauces, four cheeses, eight meats and 16 veggies; and, best of all, there’s no penalty for piling on…there’s more than a million combinations of handcrafted personal pizzas to choose from!
