Groundbreaking fast casual brand working with current development partners to add 20 restaurants in current locales
Known for its craveable poke bowls and an innovative approach to becoming the leading fast casual poke brand in the world, Pokeworks recently re-signed seven existing operators to new development agreements for a total of 16 new locations planned over the next few years.
The multi-unit area development agreements (ADAs) with current partners include markets like Austin, Atlanta, Dallas, Detroit, Houston, New York, Nashville and Phoenix. This extends Pokeworks’ existing development commitments with 10 locations expected to open in 2023.

Pokeworks hit the ground running to begin the year with its first restaurant in Colorado, hosting a grand opening in Denver on Jan. 18. A fourth opening in the Austin-area is slated for February with eight more locations in the pipeline systemwide for 2023.
