More than 300,000 Free Meals Given to Military Since 2008
Building on a legacy of support for America’s military, sister restaurant brands Ponderosa Steakhouse and Bonanza Steakhouse will offer a free buffet to all active and retired military in the area on Veterans Day, Friday, November 11, 2016. In fact, since 2008, the two brands have served more than 300,000 free meals to military heroes on Veterans Day to honor their sacrifice and service to the nation.
During the past 50-plus years, Ponderosa and Bonanza Steakhouse restaurants have epitomized American dining, where friends, family and colleagues can gather over a delicious meal at affordable prices with friendly service. The annual Veterans Day giveaway is just one way the two restaurant brands also have remained committed to supporting their local communities.
