The Center City District, Philadelphia, PA will prequalify café operators for the operation of a new café to be operational upon the completion of the renovation of Dilworth Plaza in summer of 2014. Effective date for the license is July 1, 2013.
Dilworth Plaza is an open-air park located on the West side of City Hall between 15th Street and JFK and City Hall South in Philadelphia, PA 19106. The café is 600 SF located on the NW corner of Dilworth Plaza at 15th and JFK.
The prequalification process will take place in April 2013 and will be followed by a bid process for the prequalified café operators.
Bids will only be accepted from firms which have been prequalified by submitting information requested on the RFQ form and approved by the Center City District. A minimum of two similar projects with references must be submitted on the RFQ.
