Pittsburgh, PA-based SAGA HIBACHI STEAKHOUSE & SUSHI BAR (founded 1997) has increased by 1 unit, from 4 to 5 (25% growth).  This upscale Japanese restaurant is open for lunch and dinner, with a $15-$50+ per person check average.  The restaurants have full bar and average seating for about 150.  Catering and banquet services are available.  All the restaurants are in PA.

Savannah, GA-based WET WILLIES (founded 1990) has increased by 1 unit, from 13 to 14 (8% growth) and entered into NJ.  This family/casual American restaurant concept is open for lunch and dinner, with an $8-$20+ per person check average.  Locations have full bar and seating for around 100.  Banquet rooms are available.  Trading areas are FL, GA, NC, NJ, SC and TN.

Washington, DC-based SWEETGREEN (founded 2007) has increased by 6 units, from 27 to 33 (22% growth) and entered into CA.  This fast casual salad concept is open for lunch and dinner, with a $6-$15+ per person price range.  Average seating is for about 20.  Online ordering is available.  Trading areas are CA, DC, MA, MD, NY, PA and VA.
