Rock Bottom’s signature #RBurgerLove menu features 100% Certified Angus Beef and many bold new flavors such as those of the Ale Yeah Burger, which is basted with the restaurant’s award-winning house ale and served on a buttery toasted brioche bun with sauteed poblano peppers, lettuce, tomato and a decadent jalapeno cream cheese spread. - Smokin’ Jalapeno Burger – Cooked to perfection, then spiced up with fresh jalapenos, jalapeno butter, pepper jack cheese and chipotle mayo and served on a buttery toasted brioche bun with lettuce.
- Bison Prairie Burger – A perfectly-seasoned bison patty smash-griddled to guests’ liking, topped with sauteed poblano peppers and mushrooms, pepper jack cheese, pico de gallo and chipotle mayo served on a buttery toasted brioche bun.

- BBQ Brisket Stuffed Burger – Tender BBQ beef brisket shredded and stuffed into a premium beef patty, topped with quality smoked gouda cheese, lettuce and tomato and served on a buttery grilled onion bun.
