Sixty Vines, the restaurant known for transporting guests to wine country, is opening its doors in Sand Lake on September 5. Located in the heart of Dr. Phillips at 7760 West Sand Lake Road, the newest addition to restaurant row invites guests to enjoy 60 different wines on tap selected from wine regions around the globe and discover vineyard-inspired dishes designed to share among friends.

At Sixty Vines the menu is crafted to complement its extensive wine selection, featuring shared plates inspired by the seasonal ingredients and diverse flavors of wine country. From hand-tossed pizzas to inventive pastas and custom charcuterie boards, each dish fosters a sense of exploration and communal dining. The full menu can be viewed HERE.

With over 11,000 square feet of dining space, the expansive new Sixty Vines offers a variety of seating options, including indoor-outdoor spaces, a greenhouse and a private dining room with lake views. The new restaurant seats over 300 guests with each space thoughtfully designed to create exceptional experiences of all kinds.

Sixty Vines’ innovative wine on tap program, featuring 60 selections available by the flight, glass, or bottle, offers guests the closest “from the barrel” tasting experience while significantly reducing environmental impact. The Sand Lake location will save approximately 37,000 bottles, corks, and foils from landfills in its first year alone by serving wines in keg.

On September 3, the new restaurant will open at 4 p.m. for dinner. Sixty Vines will serve lunch, dinner, and brunch on Saturdays and Sundays until 3 p.m. Regular hours of operation will be Monday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., Tuesday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., Saturday from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m., and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.
