“I have always wanted to expand my business, but knew it would be difficult to run multiple locations since I like to be hands-on with my employees and customers,” she said. “I decided that franchising would be the best choice for me because I could put my brand out there yet still be able to focus on my New Roads [Louisiana] location — after all, it’s where it all started!”

Southern Chicks has experienced strong growth since its inception, offering an attractive menu that includes southern-inspired dishes such as sweet corn fritters, juicy tenders, shrimp caesar salads, and an impressive assortment of daiquiris and desserts.
