Centennial, CO-based The Egg & I Restaurants announces the opening of its 74th restaurant on Monday, March 25th. The restaurant opens at 6:00 a.m., and is located at 2201 Justin Road, Suite 301 at Justin Road (FM 407) and Morriss Road.
On March 24th, the restaurant will donate 100% of all proceeds from its private, pre-opening training day to Communities in Schools of North Texas. Communities In Schools of North Texas’ mission is to surround students with a community of support, empowering them to stay in school and achieve in life. The organization will serve almost 4,000 at-risk youth throughout the Academic Year. “We are excited to partner with The Egg & I Restaurant and are grateful for their continued support,” says Lori Fickling, Director of Community Relations for Communities in Schools of North Texas.
