Centennial, CO-based The Egg & I Restaurants announces the opening of its 78th restaurant on Monday, April 22nd. The restaurant opens at 6:00 a.m., and is located at 12426 FM 1960 West on the Northwest corner of Eldridge Parkway and FM 1960.
On April 21st, the restaurant will donate 100% of all proceeds from its private, pre-opening training day to Communities In Schools of Houston. Communities In Schools of Houston has served at-risk students in the Greater Houston Area since 1979 and is a campus-based, nonprofit organization providing direct services and resources to under-served children with unmet needs. “We are excited to partner with The Egg & I Restaurant and are grateful for their continued support,” says Donna Wotkyns, Director of Development for Communities In Schools of Houston.
