Centennial, CO-based The Egg & I Restaurants announces the opening of its 72nd restaurant on Monday, March 4th. The restaurant opens at 6:00 a.m., and is located at 1910 Quaker Avenue at 19thand Quaker.
On March 3rd, the restaurant will donate 100% of all proceeds from its private, pre-opening training day to Mission Lubbock. Mission Lubbock is a Benevolence Ministry that provides food, clothing, and household items to those in Lubbock who are going through a difficult time in their life. “We are excited to partner with The Egg & I Restaurant and are grateful for their continued support,” says Don Cooper, spokesperson for Mission Lubbock.
