Centennial, CO-based The Egg & I Restaurants announces the opening of its 77th restaurant on Monday, April 22nd. The restaurant opens at 6:00 a.m., and is located at 5206 Village Parkway in Village on the Creeks Shopping Center.
On April 21st, the restaurant will donate 100% of all proceeds from its private, pre-opening training day to Tri-State Family YMCA. The YMCA’s mission is to put Christian principles into practice through programs that build a healthy spirit, mind and body for all.
