New Growth With Scoop Shop Opening in San Luis Obispo, CA
Negranti Creamery, renowned for its artisanal sheep’s milk ice cream and commitment to quality, is thrilled to announce the grand opening of its newest Scoop Shop in San Luis Obispo, California, on August 10, 2024. This marks the second Negranti Creamery location to open in 2024, following the successful launch of our Eagle, Idaho store earlier this year. With this new addition, Negranti Creamery now proudly operates seven locations.

Negranti Creamery is committed to sustainability and sourcing responsible ingredients, ensuring that each scoop of ice cream not only tastes great but also adheres to the founder’s strict standards of quality. Sheep’s milk ice cream is unique and as an A2 milk offers an option for those individuals with common digestive issues caused by cow’s milk products. A lighter and fluffier texture is much more like homemade and offers fresher flavors while not sitting heavily in the digestive tract. Our new San Luis Obispo location will feature a variety of beloved flavors, including fan favorites like Salted Brown Sugar, Black Coffee Chip, and Vanilla Bean, alongside seasonal specials that highlight further unique flavor combinations.
In addition to celebrating our new San Luis Obispo location, Negranti Creamery is excited to announce that we have signed leases for two additional shops, one in Boise, Idaho, and another in Phoenix, Arizona. These locations are set to open by Q1 2025, further expanding our presence and bringing our total number of shops to nine.
