The Gourmet Toast and Juice Bar Expands to the Lone Star State with Free Rewards for the First 100 Guests on Opening Day
Toastique, the vibrant, artisan toast and juice café conceptualized on the East Coast, is poised to launch its first Texas storefront with a community-focused Grand Opening celebration on Saturday, February 10th beginning at 8 a.m. The first 100 guests in line at the Grand Opening event will score $50 in Toastique rewards dollars, granted with a purchase, to be used on future visits via the Toastique loyalty account.
Toastique, renowned for its gourmet toast creations, showcases standouts like the Avocado Smash (avocado with watermelon radish, marinated tomatoes, chili oil, microgreens on multigrain toast), PB Crunch (honey roasted peanut butter, bananas, strawberries, blueberries, berry jam, granola, peanuts, honey drizzle, and mint on walnut raisin toast), and the Tuscan Tuna (tuna dressed with sundried tomatoes, capers, scallions, herb vinaigrette, balsamic glaze, kalamata olives, tomato, bibb lettuce, lemon twist on rustico toast). The Toastique menu also boasts an exciting lineup of smoothie bowls, as well as an assortment of nutrient-rich cold-pressed juices, and freshly blended smoothies, such as the Green Machine (banana, pineapple, mango, spinach, kale, hemp seeds, flax seeds, lime, coconut water), as well as espresso, and coffee, and other convenient grab-and-go options.
The Addison location is fueled by the family team of Penny and Mike Mrva, alongside their daughters who boast backgrounds in the nutrition and wellness industries. Sharing mindfulness for nutrition, the family nurtured their relationships by sharing images of their own toast variations. This collective experience ignited a passion for advocating a health-conscious world, aligning seamlessly with the mission of the Toastique franchise.
“Toastique’s commitment to excellence, from presentation to operations, reflects our meticulous approach to creating a space where the values of strong work ethic and community flourish,” shared Owner and Manager Penny Mrva. “Bringing this space together was an exciting and rewarding journey. We cannot wait to welcome the Addison community through our doors!”
The decision to establish Toastique in Addison is grounded in the community’s flourishing as a hub for restaurants, bustling with individuals who share a unity of interests with Toastique. Located at 5467 Belt Line Rd in the popular Addison suburb of Dallas that is often referred to as “restaurant row,” Toastique is bordered by the serene Prestonwood Country Club golf courses, White Rock Creek Trails, and EVO Entertainment, a premiere cinema and bowling center. The 1100-square-foot location will offer both indoor and outdoor café-style seating, in addition to the communal courtyard seating available to guests of Toastique and its neighboring businesses. The locale reflects the brand’s eagerness to contribute to and connect with a community that is not only restaurant-centric but also actively engaged in pursuits aligned with Toastique’s wellness-oriented values.

Toastique, a gourmet toast franchise founded in 2018 by former D1 collegiate cheerleader Brianna Keefe, believes healthy food should be simple to understand and appreciate, easy to enjoy, and above all, accessible to everyone. With a unique menu that includes toast-focused creations, all-natural smoothies, cold-pressed juices and açaí bowls, Toastique is truly unlike any other health-focused franchise on earth. After the flagship Toastique location in Washington, D.C., the brand generated over $1 million in sales during its first year of operation. Keefe franchised the concept and has expanded with locations in D.C., Colorado, Florida, Maryland, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, California, Utah and Virginia, with more franchise units signed and in development across the country. Keefe was recently featured on Forbes 30 Under 30 Food & Drink (2022). More information on Toastique can be found at Toastique.com and Instagram @toastique.
