Tony Roma’s Signs New Development Agreement For Brazil

Romacorp, Inc., parent company of Tony Roma’s, announces the signing of an agreement with I2C for the development of up to ten new Tony Roma’s restaurants in Brazil.  The first restaurant is planned to open in Sao Paulo within the next twelve months.

Carlos Passos and Carlos Miranda are the two principals in I2C and currently own and operate restaurants in the Sao Paulo market.
