To warm up the evening, guests may wish to start with Love Potion #9, crafted with Absolut Mandarin Vodka and pomegranate, a German Chocolate Cake Martini featuring Pinnacle Cake Vodka, Malibu Rum and Frangelico. Guests can also celebrate their love for Sangrias on Valentine’s Day with half-price Sangrias on Thursday. Choose from Max’s Signature Red Sangria, Blackberry Peach, Trade Wind Sangria or Festive Cherry Sangria.
Moving on to dinner, lovebirds may select one appetizer, including Breaded Pickle Chips, Guacamole & Chips, new Grilled Asparagus or Erma’s Size Potato Skins. Entrée choices are Spicy Cajun Tilapia, Fish & Chips, Classic Sirloin, Chicken Parmesan, Mediterranean Chicken Pasta, Grilled Tuscan Chicken and Erma’s Double Crusted Chicken Pot Pie.
Sweet endings are guaranteed with the choice of Erma’s Fresh Baked Chocolate Chip Cookies, Funnel Cake Fries or a Banana Cream Pie.
