Attention whiskey lovers! Whiskey Cake Kitchen & Bar is thrilled to announce the upcoming opening of its first Forth Worth location this fall. Known for its fresh, farm-to-kitchen dishes crafted from scratch and a commitment to locally sourced ingredients, Whiskey Cake serves up bold twists on classic American comfort food.
Located at 2849 Heritage Trace Parkway in Alliance Town Center, the new restaurant includes three private event spaces and a temperature-controlled patio, perfect for year-round outdoor seating. The new Whiskey Cake will accommodate over 350 guests, with an interior space spanning over 9,000 square feet. Sprawling high tops are centered in the restaurant alongside the bar to create energy as soon as guests walk in.
“Whiskey Cake is a modern take on an American tavern,” said Jeff Carcara, CEO of Whiskey Cake. “We create everything on our menu in-house and use the best local ingredients available. Our garden-to-glass cocktails are unique twists on classics, and the atmosphere is high-energy and always fun. We can’t wait to bring this experience to the Alliance community.”
The Whiskey Cake menu features menu options including the craveable Goat Cheese Fondue and crispy Flash-Fried Brussels Sprouts to mains like the Rotisserie Farm Bird, Tavern Burger and Bone-In Pork Chop. Seasonal sandwiches and salads highlight the best local ingredients, culminating in the famous Whiskey Cake – a sticky toffee cake topped with spiced pecans and house-made vanilla whipped cream.
Whiskey Cake is also known for its award-winning brunch, available on Saturdays and Sundays. Offerings range from a Carrot Cake Pancake Stack to the savory Wagyu Wake-Up Hash.
Behind the bar, Whiskey Cake’s cocktail program features house-made syrups and fresh squeezed juices made from many items grown on-site in the garden. The drink menu offers old fashioneds, elixirs, whiskey flights, IPAs on tap, wines, and a variety of zero-proof options, ensuring a perfect pour for everyone. Signature drinks include whiskey cocktails and flights, spotlighting an extensive and celebrated whiskey collection available in 2 oz pours.
The brand creates a cozy and inviting atmosphere through timeless aesthetics, vintage-inspired lighting fixtures, and classic leather seating. The bar showcases a selection of locally sourced whiskeys displayed on custom-made shelves, highlighting the brand’s commitment to supporting the community and embracing its local heritage.
