New Zaxby’s set to open on Monday, December 19
Zaxby’s, the premium quick-service restaurant, beloved for its Chicken Fingerz, wings and legendary Zax Sauce, is expanding its footprint with the opening of its newest restaurant in Tallahassee, Fla. located at 5048 Crawfordville Rd. The new Zaxby’s is owned and operated by Danny DeMersseman and will open for dine-in and drive-thru on Monday, Dec. 19.

The new 3,287 square-foot farmhouse-style restaurant will feature Zaxby’s new prototype design and will have indoor seating available for up to 55 guests. Guests will experience expedited drive-thru service with a new, roof-covered double drive-thru layout for faster pay and pickup. For even faster service, customers may order ahead online via zaxbys.com as well as through the new Zaxby’s app available for download on Google Play and the App Store. Customers can now also order delivery directly through the new app.
An alternative to fast food, Zaxby’s serves fresh, prepared-at-order Chicken Fingerz and wings tossed in a variety of bold and spicy sauces. The menu also features the brand’s famous Signature Sandwich, its iconic Fried Pickles and its new Loaded Fries. To celebrate its opening, fans will enjoy a free Big Zax Snak® when downloading or updating the app and signing up for the new Zax Rewardz program for the first time.
DeMersseman, a seasoned Zaxby’s franchisee for 23 years, owns and operates 9 locations in North Florida and South Georgia. “The new restaurant will provide up to 60 new employment opportunities to the Tallahassee community,” DeMersseman added.
