Construction Advances on First Zaxby’s in Deland as Restaurant Chain Continues Expansion
With construction currently underway, the first Zaxby’s restaurant in Deland is coming soon to 1693 N. Woodlands Blvd. A Southeast favorite for chicken fingers and wings, licensee Courtney Blackburn plans to open the new fast casual restaurant next month.
“As my first Zaxby’s restaurant and the first in Deland, there is a fresh feeling surrounding this new opening,” said Blackburn. “This location offers menu variety at an affordable price, and we are thrilled to bring this new dining option to local residents.”
The Woodlands Blvd. location will be the first for Deland and second in Volusia County. Zaxby’s currently operates more than 680 locations in 16 states — Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah and Virginia.
Zaxby’s provides chicken fingers, wings, sandwiches, salads and more in a fun, relaxing atmosphere.
