AFC is a niche sales and marketing company whose sole focus is buying and selling multiunit franchise restaurants and convenience stores. “Although there are lots of local brokers in the restaurant niche, we intend to offer a more specialized service, having developed a cutting edge marketing program that we call Sophisticated Simplicity”, said Managing Director, Amanda (Mandi) Neumann.
AFC looks to attract clients from all walks of life and take assignments that range from straight sales to those involving: generational wealth transfer issues, operational/financial challenges, legal disputes, turnarounds and Chapter 11 proceedings and etc.
She went on to add, “Our goal is simple – we want to bring together the buyers and sellers of multi-unit franchise concepts. The game is changing. We’re not for everyone and our scope is national. Our dealmakers have previous M&A deal experience and we think the future looks bright.
AFC future plans include offices in Dallas, Las Vegas, Kansas City and the Northeast corridor within the next two years.
