Leading Brunch Concept Raises $30,000 Through Coordinated Fundraiser
Another Broken Egg Cafe, an upscale breakfast, brunch and lunch restaurant that specializes in award-winning, Southern-inspired menu options with innovative twists, recently called upon its guests to dine in and support those affected by Hurricane Ian through a coordinated fundraiser with Samaritan’s Purse.
All of the brand’s 83 restaurants participated in donating 10% of their net sales from Wednesday, October 12 to Samaritan’s Purse, an organization that has helped meet the needs of people who are victims of natural disasters, among other crises, since 1970. Collectively, the brunch brand will donate more than $30,000 to the organization’s disaster relief efforts in Fort Myers, Englewood and Punta Gorda, Florida.
“Our network of corporate team members, franchise owners and employees are passionate and committed to serving not only families and guests in their local communities, but those affected by the devastation of Hurricane Ian as well,” said Paul Macaluso, CEO of Another Broken Egg Cafe. “It’s inspiring to see our guests reflect of brand’s core value of generosity and come together to support this cause, which is especially close to our hearts as our Cafe Support Center and many of our cafes are located in Florida.”
